1. If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, we will review it and address any issues. If we determine the work meets standards, but you disagree, together we will select an independent expert to evaluate the work at our expense, and we will correct any identified issues. Payment for the job can be withheld until this process is complete. If issues are not resolved within two weeks, any advance payment will be refunded.
2. If the independent expert finds no problems with the work, you will be asked to pay the agreed-upon price for the job and the cost of the report.
3. For jobs done to ensure bond retrieval when leaving a rental property, the work will be considered satisfactory only when approved by the property manager or landlord.
4. If advance payment has been made and the job remains incomplete, the payment will be fully refunded.
